About me
Sue Huff is a skilled presenter who brings a wealth of experience to her work. She has been delivering this workshop on Emotional De-escalation for over 5 years and the feedbak from educators has always been extremely positive. Sue works as a therapeutic assistant with Edmonton Catholic Schools, supporting students with emotional regulation challenges. She also has a private practice as a Family Support Specialist, working with caregivers across Canada and the USA who have children with eating disorders. She is the former Executive Director for the Eating Disorder Support Network of Alberta, former Trustee with Edmonton Public School Board, and currently serves on the board of the National Initiative for Eating Disorders. Sue has been trained in Caregiver Support, Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Mediation, Conflict Resolution, and Restorative Justice Practice. But of all the training she has received, Sue considers the skills embedded in this workshop to be the most transformative.
