In our schools, it is abundantly clear that professionals working interdependently not only makes a significant difference but is in fact essential to ensure systemic success for students. Simply put, teacher isolation is no longer an option and no one can do this job alone! But what does effective collaboration look like and how can we build strong teams in our schools? Kurtis will examine why truly effective collaboration is so difficult to establish and explore essential components to consider when moving from a group to a team in schools.
